Mushroom burgers

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6-8 burgers


3 egg(s)
250 gr mushroom(s)
65 gr breadcrumbs
130 gr emmental cheese
2 onion(s)
90 gr flour
3/4 teaspoon(s) of salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) of thyme
1/2 teaspoon(s) of pepper
2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil


Toss all ingredients into a bowl.
Mix with your hands.
Shape into patties.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, over medium heat.
Fry the patties for about 5 minutes on each side (or until golden brown).
